Driving DevOps Maturity & Cloud-First Adoption Across Global Engineering Teams

As part of BP's enterprise-wide modernization strategy, Feelin' Moody Labs was brought in to establish a DevOps Center of Excellence. We led the design and rollout of cloud-first architectures on AWS, implemented microservices patterns across legacy monolith decomposition efforts, and codified infrastructure-as-code standards that scaled across global engineering teams. Our work also included change management advisory to align engineering culture with modern delivery practices.
